Terms and Conditions
1.0 Financial
1.1 £19.20 will be charged to your bank account each month
1.2 If a payment is missed, a £10 admin fee will be added for that month
1.3 If payments are missed more than 3 times throughout the term of the contract we will have the right to cancel the credit afforded to you and send a total outstanding amount to settle the balance.
1.4 Once you complete your course and your certificate is due for issue, if you have not defaulted on any payment throughout your term, we may offer you a settlement figure with a 15% discount and the option of you paying the settlement figure. You are within your rights to continue with the payment plan under the terms laid out within 1.1,1.2 and 1.3.
2.0 Course Provision
2.1 We will provide you with an online platform that you have access to during your study, and the content permits you to work through at your own pace.
2.2 Each month we hold open lessons which you are permitted to drop in to based on where you are in the learning journey. You are welcome to join the same lesson as many times as you feel you need.
2.3 We will from time to time promulgate the date and time of additional learning webinars for you to optionally attend. These are not part of the required syllabus but an additional resource to help you further your knowledge and understanding.
2.4 Once all modules and exams are passed, we will issue you your certificate.
3.0 Termination
3.1 After committing to the deposit you will have 60 days from the sign up to decide if you wish to continue. Within this time you are permitted to cancel your contract and receive the refund from the deposit. The standard cooling-off period is 14 days, but in the spirit of our supportive nature we've extended this considerably for your peace of mind.
3.2 If you miss more than 3 payments within the contractual term, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and request the full outstanding amount to be paid to us.
3.3 We may terminate the arrangement with you in the event of irreconcilable breakdown within the customer - company relationship. Such cases are extremely rare, and we dont anticipate such issues arising.
